Noel Ponce

President & Owner

12 year U.S. Army Veteran, Noel served dutifully throughout the world in countries such as S. Korea, Kuwait, Afghanistan, Germany, Turkey, and Isreal as an Air Defense Artillery Senior Non-Commissioned Officer.

After his transition into civilian life in 2017, Noel was met with uncertainty and difficulty in finding work and a new career. Mainly because for the last 12 years he was serving our great nation and was told his skills did not translate into civilian experience. Noel had to start anew on a path towards a new career.

Always having a knack for working with his hands, he began working with a very reputable garage door repair company and quickly became one of their top technicians and sales reps. Noel felt that he had conquered his field and wanted to challenge himself even further in the construction industry.

Noel began getting his required certifications for Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, Lead Restoration, and his Bachelors in Construction Management.

Vanessa Ponce

Office Manager

Vanessa has a background in customer service. She was a Director of Merchant Services for a payment processing company for over a decade. She has now dedicated her experience and time to serving the wonderful customers of Water Be Gone.

She is here to assist you with your emergencies and help you through the process. Promptly dispatching the Quick Remediation force to your home or business and ensure that your emergency is quickly and safely taken care of.

Steven Espasandin

Accounting

Steven is our accounting and billing manager, he is responsible for ensuring that all invoices and payments are received by the customers or the insurance carrier. He has a background in accounting and loves spending his time researching new stocks and investment possibilities.

Ant Mann

IT Director

Ant is our IT guy who has years of technology experience. He keeps our company servers and website running.

Ant has patents for acoustical design engineering and does Molecular Protein Folding "Corona Virus" research with The University Of Washington in his spare time.

Ant's hobbies include designing open-world asymmetrical warfare video games with enhanced artificial intelligence that are played by many people around the world.
